Belly Dancing is for women of any age who want to have fun while firming and toning their muscles and developing coordination at their own pace. This ancient art form is designed to boost self-esteem, self-confidence and flexibility while at the same time introducing the fascinating culture of the Middle East and the interpretation of its music. Intermediate students must have previously completed beginner level. Advanced students accepted with instructor’s permission only. (Limit 30)
