BarreWORK Fall 2019

Summary

Combines elements of Pilates and Yoga with the graceful movements of Ballet to increase strength, fitness, and improve overall balance & muscle tone. All levels welcome, no dance experience needed. Participants need to bring a yoga mat, 2 or 3lb hand weights, water bottle. (Limit 17)

Ages: 13 & up
Meets: Monday, 7:30-8:30pm
Begins: Mon., Sept. 9
Duration: 8 weeks
