A vinyasa-style class that utilizes elements of Hatha yoga to join physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales to create a stable internal rhythm for the practice. This class will help build a mind-body connection as we cultivate heat in the body to develop both strength and flexibility. Classes will involve a warm up phase that will end with sun salutations, a work phase, a cool down phase, and finally our savasana. Students will need to bring their own mat and if they have them, 2 yoga blocks and a strap to ensure all postures are accessible. All levels are welcome. (Limit 15)
