Event Registration

Held on the grounds of Oglebay Institute’s Stifel Fine Arts Center in Wheeling, West Virginia, the Wheeling Bluegrass Festival features national touring artists and familiar local bands. An interactive kids' programming area programming and vendors selling delicious food and hand crafted items are also part of the festival.

Gates opens at 10am on Saturday, music begins at 11am. Festival seating, bring your own chair.

$10 (Free for VIP ticket holders)

VIP ticket includes special viewing area, two drink tickets, festival t-shirt, souvenir laminate, festival sticker and festival kleen cup. Children 3 & under are free.
